Terms and Conditions

General

These terms and conditions are between and shall bind us as the property owner (“we”) and the holidaymaker(s) (“you”) who book our property.

Booking & Payment

Reservation Deposit: a 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The balance can be paid before arrival or on your arrival.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 14:00 o’clock (2 pm) and checkout till 10:00 o’clock (10 am) possible. PLEASE checkout promptly, the cleaning women have a very short time window to prepare the unit for new guests.
If your arrival will be delayed please contact us.

Cancellation fees

In the event that you cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:

• • More than 42 days before the start of your trip that we receive your notice to cancel:
    Cancellation fee 0% (We refund all paid amount)
  • 41 to 21 days before the start of your trip that we receive your notice to cancel:
    Cancellation fee 50% of accommodation cost
  • 20 days or less before the start of your trip that we receive your notice to cancel:
    Cancellation fee 100% of accommodation cost

Cleaning & Linen

The apartment is provided with pillows, linens, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels and pool towels including. It is not allowed to take any towels or pillows to the pool or the beach. Only the pool towels may be taken to the pool.

Bed linen and towels are changed regularly. Please visit the apartment page for details.

We do not offer a cleaning service during your stay. A final cleaning service to clean the apartment on your departure is optional possible.

You agree to keep house, furniture and furnishings in good order. Removing, adding or changing furniture without our approval is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible that all debris, rubbish and discards are placed in plastic bags (can be found in the kitchen drawer) and transferred to the large trashcans by the road outside the plot.

The apartment is provided with a starter set of toilet paper and paper towels.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parking

Parking is limited to one vehicle for each booked apartment. Parking is inside the plot available.

Pool

There is no lifeguard present. Accordingly, persons using the pool do so at their own risk and we assume no responsibility for accident or injury. Please follow the pool rules (sign at the pool area).

Childs

You understand that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children on the property. These risks are not limited to, but include access to the ocean, pool, adjacent street, cleaning supplies in the house and plants in the house, patio and garden.

Behaviour

You as guest and all members of your party agree:

• • no fires or fireworks are permitted on the property
  • to keep the property clean and tidy
  • to leave the property in a similar condition as you found it when you arrived. In particular, you should superficially clean the property before you depart. We can, on request and on payment by you of an agreed extra charge, arrange for the property to have a final cleaning.
  • to behave in a way at all times while at the property which does not break any law.
  • not to use the property for any illegal or commercial purpose.
  • not to sublet the property or otherwise allow anyone to stay in it who we have not previously accepted on behalf of the owner as a member of your party.
  • not to behave in anti-social manner, breach the peace or otherwise act in a way which may disrupt or affect the enjoyment of others.

Beach conditions

You understand that we have no control over the condition of the beach and cannot be held liable for any changes to beach conditions or any closing as ordered by any official agency.
